Here is a scenario I would like the answer to. An employee consent to an occupational health referral. Both the manager and employee received a copy of the OH report. The manager did not discussed the report with the employee but asked OH for clarification on all the recommendations. Manager also asked for clarification on the employee medical condition again without getting additional consent from the employee. Is this a breech of the employee rights?
Best practice. Speak to your GP and don’t be intimidated by employers trying to pressurise you into disclosing sensitive medical information to anyone other than your GP who is perfectly capable of dealing with work-related stress and other related problems
These videos make it seem like it's all on your side. I suggest people read up about changing laws and the predicaments people have ended up in because of this. Everything is geared towards the company. Your employer is paying for this service, they nosey into private affairs. This shouldn't be allowed, i was told i had to go home immediately as soon as the report was shown, i didn't get pay and the benefits office don't want to know without a valid sick note from your own doctor. This wasn't for my benefit at all. Your told to take time off, get the issues sorted out only to come back and get a warning stating the bradford factor figures, having too much time off on a regular basis and getting warnings your not fit for the job you were taken on for. These health visitors don't see any off this going on do they. But companies everywhere are abusing the system.

Excellent video to fall asleep
Thanks for this
Really helpful.
What happens if work refuse to send "you" OH?
Last time I went to this kind of assessments for my Autism one week after I've been dismissed
