I’ll be honest, it’s not my style and a little too cluttered for me BUT I can really appreciate the artistic touches and how she made it her own space. I love her decor choices and how she put everything together. She has a lot of layers which makes the place very cosy. The big art piece behind her kitchen table is beautiful and centres the dining area well. The mirrors are a great addition in adding the illusion of making the space feel bigger. Her bedroom is actually really calming and cozy, I like the random art on her mirror wall. Its very her and very charming. I love when people go all in with their space. Well done!
It reminds me more of a hotel than a home, but I love the mirrored walls and the way she considers all of the different materials/combos. She is very chic so it suits her.
Love her use of lucite and mirrors to offset some of the darkness and density of the furniture. I have a similarly-sized apartment and always struggle with buying (too many) beautiful objects I adore, thinking that one day I'll have a slightly bigger space and then everything will breathe a bit more. 😅
Every now and again I think I need to be more minimalist and I start putting away some superfluous pieces and cushions, etc. from my rooms, and then I watch a video like this one and I want to put everything back and add mirrors. Your flat is lovely, beautifully styled, and interesting. My takeaway is the subway tile with dark grout. Gorgeous!
Thank you, Zoe for allowing us into your lovely home. I watch a couple of TH-camr's in London and I'm kind of getting a little familiar where the best priced decor is. Take care!
Love this. Full of personality and interesting things to discover. Love her idea of making the guest bedroom interesting but not too nice "so people don't stay too long". Also great idea to try stuff out in the bathroom precisely because it's small.
Triumph of style over anything else, leading to a window in the bathroom door. I was surprised to hear that she thinks orange and green were an unlikely combo, they seem natural to me. Beautiful kitchen.
Love it! I love how you mix colors; you also keep it very neutral too....perfect. My house is very similar with found objects and I put color in with neutral walls and tile. It works so well. When you get sick of something you just replace it with a different object and not costing you a bank of money to replace. Love the orange couch.
What a lovely place! She seems like a sweet hearted woman too. :) - To @house&garden: I would really love to see homes from people that have had less connections to the art world by default of birth. Or maybe some background to how they managed to get successful if it's a big place? Or would love to see smaller spaces that are more achievable to your working class audience. :)
Hey! An episode that isn't English country! Honestly, I prefer English country to retro styles (overdone here in LA where I live), but nice to see a change for once.
Hi! How are you? Korea/Seoul has been showing early summer weather since yesterday. And a new week has begun again. I hope you have a week of health and good things together. And please show your interest and love for SEASON 2, which will start anew this Friday, the 15th. Let me know if you have a better idea. Thank you very much.
"Maitresse" is a great French film about an enchanting dominatrix. How (cough) ... convenient that the colors of the poster just couldn't work anywhere else BUT above the bed. On a mirrored wall no less. hahaha
Orange (terra cotta)/green is a very obvious color combination, are you kidding? H&M home was full of those colors the last few years...along with dusty pink...1970's revisited.
Not my style at all, but beautiful! I think removing 60% of the books and objects on the shelves, and either removing the pieces above the fireplace or just hanging one would really open up the space. A lot of it just blocks reflection of elements like the light fixture and ceiling detail, and creates a lot of visual noise. But she obviously likes books and its always refreshing seeing homes close to how people actually live in them, without much styling. I can imagine its pretty vibey at night, almost like a deco study. The other rooms are all stunning, and I wish we got to see the garden.
@victoria @4:36 she mentions the garden, I'm not suggesting she remove them I'm just saying it'd look better visually to me, actually one of the things I love about these H&G tours is the minimal amount of staging done and how authentic the spaces feel
Why don't you put 2 hooks into the ceiling and 2 hooks and a chain on the top of the mirror, it would feel safer, you could just use sticky pads or blue tack to stop it moving or just make sure the frame is heavy enough to hang without moving. . Better than being decapitated in your sleep.
Too many mirrors in her bedroom. Mirrors and reflective surfaces give me headaches and makes me dizzy. The decor is not my style (too modern) but it’s nice overall in that different style she’s going for.
The wall of mirrors at the back of the bed will give you head problems, the energy flow is terrible, could you not put a curtain across it when you are sleeping, am not trying to alarm, I had never heard of Feng Shui, but I had a mirror directly pointing at my left foot and ended up not be able to walk properly for months, I came across an article by accident on a channel and covered up the mirrored wardrobe door after reading how bad mirrors are in a bedroom. My foot problem eased within 3 days, make of that what you will, but true story.
This is insane🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. Her design feels intuitive and not forced at all. Stunning space.
Exactly. Intuitive is the perfect description IMHO.
I love how maximalist this is without feeling cluttered at all.

Just a classy & lush flat.. Love all the colours, with really beautiful pieces well styled and put together. Just beautiful.
Kitchen is very clever and mirrored walls decorative and functional. Glam lux maximalist space and it truly works.
Such a fabulous home to party in.
Wow. What a deco place of dreams
You can tell she’s an artist - great Deco/Maximalist mix!
Great statement pieces throughout, like the deco! Would kill for the rug and screen. Love her sense of humor- ok with dying by art work! Adorable😊
I love the interior of this house, this is perfection!
THE BATHROOM!! *chef’s kiss*
A very chic and stunning space ... And - "It's kinda like Deco" (screen on wall) --- Yes, it IS Art Deco and lovely 🖤 !
It reminds me more of a hotel than a home, but I love the mirrored walls and the way she considers all of the different materials/combos. She is very chic so it suits her.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful homes on TH-cam!
So cozy and stylish!! I especially love the bathroom and everything else 😊
Love her use of lucite and mirrors to offset some of the darkness and density of the furniture. I have a similarly-sized apartment and always struggle with buying (too many) beautiful objects I adore, thinking that one day I'll have a slightly bigger space and then everything will breathe a bit more. 😅
This is just LOVELY. Every nook and cranny of it.
I'm in love with her and her flat!
What a great energy this flat emits, seems to match Zoe’s energy 🇬🇧
Zoe, loving your style and taste. You and your Mum were always so creative. X
What a stunning flat, my goodness. The style is so personal!
Gorgeous!
Her discussion of how she actually lives in it and makes it work was refreshing! So stunning!
Stunning and cozy space. Very well designed and decorated, wish the video was longer just to keep looking every room.
Really love the hidden kitchen!
Greatest flat i have ever seen.
Such a stunning space to have all to yourself!
The mirrored bookshelf is very overwhelming but aside from that I love the art und design of the flat. Very beautiful!
Love her and that Beautiful Home❤️
Such a cozy little space! It feels like home! Beautifully decorated!
Absolutely loved her place!
So artistic and tasteful. Good on ya Zoe!
Thank you, Zoe for allowing us into your lovely home. I watch a couple of TH-camr's in London and I'm kind of getting a little familiar where the best priced decor is. Take care!
I keep coming back this is exquisite
I love the end tables in the bedroom!!! 🥰😱❤️❤️!!!
House & Garden
You are awesome!
Beautiful home with a lot artist concepts, but your hair style and outfits attracted me more
The vibe is real!!!
A beautiful postage stamp to Art Deco set in an amazingly chic neighborhood.
I don’t share her taste in decor etc, but I LOVE the flat.
70's vibes! Luvin it
Love this. Full of personality and interesting things to discover. Love her idea of making the guest bedroom interesting but not too nice "so people don't stay too long". Also great idea to try stuff out in the bathroom precisely because it's small.
That orange lounge....😍
Nice space. I like her art collection. Not surprising she's a graphic designer.
Triumph of style over anything else, leading to a window in the bathroom door. I was surprised to hear that she thinks orange and green were an unlikely combo, they seem natural to me. Beautiful kitchen.
That was strange. Green would be the most obvious pairing with orange. Pale blue works too but going cooler for the rug would be a mistake.
So inspiring... I love the mix, so up my alley. Thanks for sharing!

I love love this place. That Woody Allen movie poster is an interesting choice though 😬
What a passive-aggressive comment.
@@aiai-j7i I feel like pedophilia trumps passive aggression... Even though I don't feel its any more passive aggressive than your comment.
I have orange and green in my office and I LOVE it.
Absolutely fabulous! I luv it all
So good. Xoxoxo
André Kertész! One of my very favourite photographers....
Pure delight! I am wild over the gorgeous screen and your lights same as in the Mexican restaurant.
we love a swivel chair
Beautiful!
What a lovely place! She seems like a sweet hearted woman too. :)

Love her style, I have the same screen.
Donna - Oh my, I thought it was a cabinet for china. LOL
Beautiful
Love that bathroom

Sooo stunning! 💕💕
Ceska chairs... Had them in NYC 1984. Guess they're back in style. And I called them Breuer chairs.
beautiful home!
P.S. I love those ultra Art Deco bedside tables ... 💝
Brilliant
Lovely
Okay, she's adorable. I want to come over and spill some red wine on that rug myself and crash in the guest bedroom.
There’s a lot going on, it’s quite difficult to see, but I could make out some nice touches. I like it.
Great video!
Patrick Nagels!!! My first piece of Art was a Patrick Nagel ... bought at the Full Circle Gallery in 1979.
Gracias por los subtítulos en español 🙏❤️
Oh dear .. nice way to go to sleep, knowing a picture could decapitate you 😌 . Mixture of anything goes. Nice Nagel!
the bathroom!!!!!!

Love it....just wondering about the window on the bathroom door...could be awkward, no?
Now I too am going crazy trying to find the same pendant lights, to no avail! 😞
"Maitresse" is a great French film about an enchanting dominatrix. How (cough) ... convenient that the colors of the poster just couldn't work anywhere else BUT above the bed. On a mirrored wall no less. hahaha
🎬 The camera was shaking. Why not use a gimbal or a tripod?
Can’t even see the beauty of the home because of all the stuff.
Great decor, naughty girl.
Does anyone know what watch Zoe is wearing? I love it!
Orange (terra cotta)/green is a very obvious color combination, are you kidding? H&M home was full of those colors the last few years...along with dusty pink...1970's revisited.
All India is based on the green and orange combo
retro 90s California
Orange and Green? Bella Italia!! (Or.... Ireland's Tri-colour)
Omg place looks cramped af
She sounds more like Cate Blanchett. 😂😂
love it, except the bath....no!!!

why would you need a porthole in a bathroom door amirite

Absolutely love this place, but... please don't get decapitated in your sleep!

Please mount that art above your bed properly!
So cluttered
The rug is gross. Who would want to look at it and think of a big cat being skinned? Lost me at that point.
Effortless styling
Meh
Annoying woman
