This is NOT AN ENERGY MULTIPLICATION POWER SYSTEM but can be thought of as an ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM. To be more specific, we can use this system to trap or hold the mechanical energy using fly wheels of minimum rotational friction (of-course with an exponentially but slowly decaying usable energy) for some time.
Can be a very good energy storage system (may be comparable to batteries) to hold the energy generated during day time when using solar energy panels. This system can slowly release the energy to a connected load during night (therefore low power).
ENERGY CAN NEITHER BE CREATED NOR DESTROYED. BUT CAN ONLY BE CONVERTED FROM ONE FORM TO THE OTHER.
If this system can multiply the energy or power in the ratio of "1:24" , then installing 100 such plants cascading (connecting the output of one flywheel power system to the input of the next similar flywheel power system in this case) should give us 1 x 10^(138) Watts of Power which is equal to many Suns!

If we use common sense
Input power (P1) = output power (P2) - energy loss (L)
So P1=P2-L
since power = voltage x current
V1xC1 = (V2xC2) - L
If V2 increases meaning C2 decreases so there is no actual multiplication of power, they are simply making people fools!

Why this Flywheel system is not validated with Indian Institute of Sciences or IIT or any scientific institutions?
Test 1: Run this Flywheel for 1 or 2 minutes and turn-off the input and let the Flywheel run without load, and check how long will it take to reach zero RMP (Kinetic Energy can be calculated with dimensions of Flywheel and its Velocity).
Test 2: Let this Flywheel system take one unit of electricity and check how many units of electric does this Flywheel system deliver.
These simple test will tell whether this Flywheel system will deliver more output than the input it takes.
My take is that its a big misconception of science.
