Generator capacity is not stated in rpm. Its capacity is stated in kW or kVa at a particular rpm. Three phase voltage is always 415 to 420 v in India. Please be clear and specific about physical terms and their units.

He is always talking about voltage not wattage. When he applied the lighting load, and when the input motor switched off, please note that the lights are dimming. So effectively power is not amplified but power is reduced. Dimming lights exposes his fraud.
He doesn't look like an electrical engineer. To prove the concept, he could have purchased smaller size motors (may be 1/2HP or so).
At the end, I expected, he will inform us what is the extra power he has generated. He is having a multimeter, he can easily measure current and voltage and multiply to get the power. But he has invested quite a lot of money but still he is not able to prove to any potential customers.
