If you go to coach clubs that are already at the top, it’s hard to argue you are any better than the next coach. But if you get to a club in limbos and coach them to the top or at least drastically improve them, that really shows the coaches abilities. Let’s see if Pep will take up this kind a challenge. Both Jose and Jurgen showed they are able to do that.

Bojan was good enough- he had mindset issues but was a huge talent.
He only coaches big teams that can even win more trophies with or without him. Bayern Munich won multiple trophies without him, Barcelona won multiple trophies without Pep, Manchester City won multiple trophies without him and many more. I just wish he could coach teams like Leeds United, Westham United, Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic, Portsmouth, Blackburn Rovers, Fulham, Newcastle United etc, he'll suffer the long drought without winning any trophy and see how he'll feel. He's definitely not a good or talented coach.

Pep is a great manager however I do not believe he’s the best in fact I believe he’s not the best in his league , swap him and poch around and the city would still win the league. Man goes to the best teams and has had an easy job from the beginning of his career compared to his rival coaches, this doesn’t mean he is shit as he has proved he can win titles, but until a title comes from a team with limited funds and talent I can’t put him above some of the other greats or current managers. This isn’t a hateful or biased comment as I genuinely respect him and his style of play I just think the media helps make him look better than he is.
