well, the small letters at the end says that is still in development and can be subject to change, so I think that this is not the final version of the game

00:32 the underwater level and effects look much better in the original ....the remaster is horrible in this part
The Color changes are definitely alot less hurtful to the asthetic compared to Klonoa 2's Remake.
Though, this does still seem to be going for LESS Spooky.
Alot of people say the sales of this could result in a World 2 Remake. Very likely, it's the more popular of the two. BUT! What about World 3? The Unpopular One? The "Dissapointment" as some have called it. The one where Ms. Pac-Man Talks. Oh yeah, Maze Madness.
My biggest issue is the Title. Re-Pac isn't a Pun. Replacing any old Word with Pac dosen't work. It's not funny. This isn't The Smurfs. It's not a repackaging of the original game, It's REMADE FROM THE GROUND UP!

0:29 Amongst all the other things people have mentioned (like the lava, the swimming, etc)... Guys why did ya remove the grass as well? C'mon now, these things add up fast. Don't remove the soul in the process.
During the boss fight, the camera should also be lowered and zoomed in (like you did in the water section for some reason) to retain that sense of scale.

I have a question can this also be available on MacBook cause for some random reason lots of video games that are compatible with consoles always seem to be available on Windows but not the other computer 💻 platforms like Mac Book, Microsoft, Apple Computer, and MacBook Pro if you have a logged in Steam account on your MacBook.
Plus the MacBook version will just be the Windows Version cause they use the same Keyboard fingerings.

Looks nice overall but it looks sorta lifeless compared to the original. The boss fight with boats had been huge downgrade in the background and the temple boss just looks bad, why is there a dark blue starry sky instead of the pink-ish orange and why isn't the burning hot lava casting its red hues up the walls?

@@Kuzamer lazier swimming animations than a ps1 game, less atmospheric lava than a ps1 game. 25 years later, that shouldn't be possible for an improved version the exact same game.

These "remasters" are usually rush jobs outsourced to sweatshops in Korea. Look at 0:38, they completely removed the face on the sail for no reason. The graphics look so washed out and devoid of life. It's not like this was particularly a good game anyways back in the day, yeah it was fun but this is just a cash grab. Just like the Spyro remakes, it ruins the atmosphere and colors that were cultivated in the original game.

it's a remake, and considering how 3D pac man games had been dead for a long time, this could be a revival for the character, like crash bandicoot
and remake means that they are making the game from the beginning, like the crash bandicoot n sane trilogy, so it isn't like gta the definitive edition, mario 3d all stars, zelda skyward sword hd, the last of us remastered, mario bros U delu... Oh god now I understand why you made this comment
I understand saying this about something like the Genesis Sonic games or TLOU, but we definitely needed this for Pac-Man
@@gilbert64 Yeah....exactly lol...but STILL like....they LITERALLY could've made an entirely new game, heck, EVEN change the design of pacman a little bit you know? But NOOOO....They just wanted to make the SAME EXACT GAME, except with better graphics and somewhat of a different layout and usual, and people call me lame and whatnot for liking ps3 a WHOLE lot more better than regular modern games, with the EXCEPTION of the nintendo switch, because it's actually good and whatnot....and yeeep!
