Sure thing Mark! I mention it in the video, but I did make some changes to the rules as I am using the expansion, and I Want the empire to act a little more. . .unpredictable as that is a huge part of the game. Hope you like it and get your copy out! It is a true joy to play!

If you're willing I'd love to see the full play through. I've played this solo variant with the base game, didn't know it would work with the expansion, but now I'm going to have to give it a go. Be interested to see how you do the combat system.

I would absolutely, 100% like to see a full play through. This is the kind of game that unless you have a partner its hard to put on the table and if you are in a group, they wont play a 2 player game only and the videos out there are not the best. I feel this game needs your treatment. Maybe you should setup a poll on BGG or here on TH-cam, so we can vote. Its easy for you to see the results and the folks voting.

I'm a go for a full series. I've been interested in this game for awhile, but never had someone to play with. I tend to solo play, so the more of them I can see the better.

What is the app
I as well own this game and the expansion but have never gotten to play. Waiting for my six year old to get old enough. I would really enjoy seeing a full playthrough of this so I fully understand the solo rules.

I've played this solo variant a few times but always struggled as to how Empire gets lasers online to have any effectiveness with death stars.
You can’t turn Klingon on.
I think a full series would be great. This is going to seem pretty random here, but I'm wondering if you could do a playthrough of Legend of the Five Rings and/or 878: Vikings of England. I really enjoy your playthroughs and you have become one of my go-to's for playthroughs.

Good point about the solo. I hear 5 Rings won't work solo, but 878 should work well. Sorry about the bad recommendation.
I love Star Wars but there are not many soloable games I have found. Would you say this is worth picking up based on this variant?
I could possibly get a group together for it once or twice a year but would mainly play it solo.
So hard to decide!! I would say if you think you can play multiplayer at least 2 times a year it is worth it!

Thanks for watching Jan!! So it has been a while and I cannot seem to find the app anymore. . I am not sure it is supported :( I used a Samsung phone so it was on Google play and you can search something like Star Wars Rebellion helper app. Sorry I can't help more!

Colin would you consider doing a play through of Queller bot for War of the Ring? I'm dying to see that done.
I am planning on a war of the ring play but I can't wrap my head around the queller bot!! I'm trying though!!

Luckily the App is just a website inside so if you're on Windows, macOS or Linux you can download the site from the BGG and use it locally. I'm not sure if there's a server version to use on iOS tho.
Late to the party, as usual. At 13:30 the captions say "We should have gotten +2 dice!"
Why is that? Leia gets 2 dice, where do the other 2 come from?

Wow, that app is really useful.
Everything makes total sense as a solo version, except for movement of the Imperial fleet. My experience has been, as an Imperial, that moving moving the fleet is on balance more important than completing card actions. We can see over a full playthrough.
I agree the movement... I will try this next video. Roll a d6. 1-3 they do a move action, 4-6 a mission. Sound ok to you?
