foreigners cannot own a land in the Philippines, it is written in their constitution. Your can spend money and buy a property under your girlfriend or spouse name, but if she decide to kick you out then you are out of luck my friend. Do not make her mad or pissed her off otherwise the cops will escort you out and you will be homeless thats a fact. It happens all the time in the Philippines with foreigners being kicked out by their spouses.
