Reinhard's perspective on these episodes is a spoiler according to Tappei Nagatsuki, and this is the arc covered by volume 1. We're now at volume 36 and STILL don't know what it was or why it's spoilers, just so you know the level of long game this series is on! The anime through two seasons covers volumes 1-15, and the OVAs cover three Emilia side novels plus a series of arc 2 side stories.
I mean... its not that deep, it becomes really clear when they return to the castle. RH basically saw the insignia in Felt's hand and realized the missing piece was found to start the campaign for Dragon Priestess.
When Reinhard was referring to the crime being commited, he was actually saying it in lines with the crime being comitted infront of him (stealing the insignia) is insignificant to what he found out about Felt. Just giving some details to ur discussions at the end 😁

Why Emilia said her name was Satella was because everyone in the world knows The Jealous Witches name is Satella and she wanted to get rid of him so she said that name, but Subaru isn't from this world and just spawned in [summoned or whatever.] so he doesn't know common knowlage so trying to push him away failed, you call also see Pucks reaction in that scene and that Emilia pauses to think about what she should say.

I think it is the ver of sub issue. . . Cuz when I watch it for the 1st time the line Ive remember is " the witch of envy" thing so its more clearer that they referring to someone specific who is a taboo person. And with that line also a already assumed that its gonna be another witches with the 7deadly sins theme also.

btw it seems a bit off without the context and its never quite explained but when elsa throws the knife at reinhard somewhere between 14:58 and 15:00 it misses him cuz he has an ability that automatically makes projectiles miss. In a Q&A the author confirmed Reinhard is tied for the strongest character in the verse with a different character who is a spoiler.
Reinhard is the person most loved by the gods in this world. He is a blessed existence and probably the most powerful character in the setting. The author once said that if Reinhard fought the Sun, the Sun would lose. 😂

The luckiest in the setting are born with a Divine Blessing, unique and incredibly varied skills that are proof of a god’s favor and interest in an individual. Stuff like talking to animals, super strength while your feet are in contact with earth, clairvoyance, etc. Reinhard has dozens of them, one of which is the ability to Wish, and petition the gods for any other blessing he wants or needs in the moment. But like, he’s almost never used narratively as the solution to a problem except in this starting arc. With the exception of this, every other problem situation Subaru runs into is so complexly deadly that just having a demigod on your side wouldn’t be enough. And of course there’s the fact that Reinhard has a job and is based in the capital (for obvious reasons, he’s essentially a nuclear deterrent for Lugunica), and he can’t just babysit Subaru all the time.
