well, actually, I disagree. standard is so unbalanced that a few key cards like zilliax bring any deck wr up by quite a few percentage points, ive had a few absolute nonsense decks work at positive winrates for over a dozen games (some as many as a hundred)
if you have played smash bros, or know about melee... this game is there now. its 20XX baby, druids and warriors and handbuff, oh my!!! anything is possible now, very meritocratic
