    Thank you SO much for the Edmonton show in the park, Bill. I got emotional hearing your opinion of the crowd and the setting!! That was one of my favourite nights of my life. I will never look at our bridge, those two towers, and our seagulls the same way ever again.
    Love you Bill! Edmonton loves and thanks you!!

    Thank you so very much for coming out to Tacoma, Washington, to do your shows. You did an absolutely phenomenal job! I laughed so hard I was crying, and my voice sounds like I was at a football game. Not only is having a sore throat from all the laughter a wonderful souvenir, I just wanted to say, how genuinely grateful and appreciative I am for all the hard work, and skill you put into your craft. I know to some it’s just comedy or jokes, but to others, it’s a healthy escape from a unpleasant reality, so again thank you so very much for all that you do. Saturday night was so special, it felt like there should’ve been a after party dinner. One could feel the love in the room that people had for you. Nate and Bianca also did a terrific job as openers. It was an all around great time, and once again, thank you for coming to the great state of Washington. I hope to see you again sometime soon 🤍

Could i get the next weeks lottery numbers aswell while we are predicting the future here.

  • @MikesOrganicVideos

    I loved the Arnolds documentary as well. The thing that really blew my mind in the first episode, was that he did 20 sets of each exercise with the free weights. 20! Now, yeah, he was in his 20s at the time, but I don’t think I’ve ever done more than five sets of any particular exercise. I was also never a bodybuilder, but 3 to 4 was usually, and is still usually my standard. After seeing Arnold, I am going to try, once I get a little more toned up, to push it to five sets for each exercise. 20 is not happening. Neither is 10. Arnold is a great man. He was also blessed with great genetics. I’ve got a lot of doctors and lawyers in my extended family. 😁 and one successful actor. But we’re not that big on athletics.

    • @Bootchair
      @Bootchair ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kind of long, but I do body building. I swear 90% of these guys make it insanely complicated and confuse their audience on purpose so they can sell their program.
      4-5 is a good idea. But reality is you need to do just enough. Over doing it and getting no gains is a thing. Don’t eat big to be big, fats carbs protein are your only concern. Bulk and cut will cause misery. The only time you want to cut down weight fast is when you drop your water to get on stage.
      With consistency comes results. Just take it easy, avoid injuries and slowly build your knowledge. Just stick to compound movements (bench, squat, dlift, rows, etc) range of motion really easy to get down, less prone to injury.

    There was a dude in, I think it was South Africa, who ran up behind Arnold at some meet and greet and attacked him with a full on horizontal missile kick. He bounced off Arnold and security was all over him. Later, Arnold's comment was something like "I thought I was being jostled by someone in the crowd...." Imagine "jostled" and "crowd" in as Arnie an accent as you can imagine. Cracks me up when I think of it. Dude gave it everything he had and the effect was a "jostle".

    5:00 I'm glad you say this, because when this strike started, you kinda laughed it off.
    Granted, i still don't care _that_ much, but i do think that writers deserve a decent pay (comparatively within the Hollywood wealth bubble).
    39:00 I usually do that as well, i say: "Ah yeah you told me about that" or indeed, finishing the story for them.
    But i usually just do it because there's no use to go through the same dance again, why would you want to, unless of course they just want the attention.
    I've done shrooms many times, but i don't want "uncool" people to take the cool stuff, haha!

    Reading these comments, and all the claims that Billy's show in Edmonton was the most awesome belly-bustin' thing to hit town since Wayne Gretzky started fronting as an on-line casino ambassador...?... is that what he is now?
    Anyway, the show sounded like a wonderful way to spend a summer night -- outside, in a park, laughing at jokes about your town told by a keen-eyed outsider.
    I originally thought of asking if anyone had footage of the show (a joke about seagulls seemed particularly popular) but soon realized that Billy doesn't tape his act, so it would be from-the-crowd-phone-quality pirate video without capturing the cool summer evening vibe.
