I remember randomly unlocking a formula one car but how do you get the rest of them?

You get most from the Endurance League. But it depends on what region of the game you have, the US version is superior as I believe it has more F1 cars. Super Speedway 100 laps has F090/s, Mistral 78 laps has F686/M. Just google the rest
