Periods ke wakt aggression, irritaition , gusaa ata rehta hai … par kisi aur pe nhi periods pain and bleeding par . But woh gussa kisi aur par he nikalta hai. Kyu koi samjh nhi pata ya samjha nhi pata that what i m feeling with periods 😖. Es leye esmei mood swings hote hai aur samne wale ensan ko gussa thanda krne mei help krni chaheye😂

Nai...us time us situation pe ata hai...jo cramps pain bleeding hota hai...that is worst...gussa kisi pe ni ata...but koi agr poke krta hai...jhgda start krta hai...tab us time gussa fut jata hai...aur yeh bat ladkon ko samjani padegi...its very sensitive...bcz wo periods ka time is very painful...dimaag kaam ni krta , us time ladkiyan actually pamper and love chahti hai..
