How physical is it? Demanding? G forces?

Full transparency here, I only ever did karting up until getting into the F4 car and I felt a notch below the physical ability to wheel one of these cars. The downforce does allow the car to pull pretty good G's in the high speed, high commitment corners. Many sore necks, arms, and shoulders after a long weekend of racing.
