I wanted to listen to this piece of music because it got stuck in my head. I remember playing this back in 2014. This is amazing, very well played! The other groups that played this on TH-cam were okay, one is tone deaf with their vocals (they made the chord at the end of the vocal part become a completely different one), and the other wasn't together with the instrumental part and had two different tempos! Hearing this after those is a breath of fresh air, the tempo is a bit quick but consistent throughout the band and the articulations were spot on. The intonation is great through most of this and although the bass/low brass and woodwind parts were hard to hear in the beginning, the band's sound became balanced as the piece continued. Certain parts of the piece (in fact, big chunks and parts of the piece) gave me chills and made me wanna cry happy tears! Thank you! This is awesome and well done! 😁
Ava Yrrech I need to learn it by the time our concert is here witch is right after spring break I also got frist flute for advanced band next year I'm in beginning right now there were like 500 at our frist concert and this time we have high school judges 😨
Percussion was sub-par in the beginning, the snare especially was too rushed on the tap strokes in between the rolls. The rest of the song was superb though, amazing work from the entire band.
I haven't heard a Japanese band sing the English chorus, and honestly it's kinda funny. It would be like Americans trying to sing a Japanese song and having horrible accents and whatnot. Great job, however.

I played this in my band recently. 1st flute and I can say it was pretty difficult. They played this very well!! I'm impressed!
