(here is one of my recipes for you to try taz!) an easy and delicious budget conscious meal idea. Ingredients: chicken noodles, soy sauce, frozen stir-fry vegetables, sweet chilli sauce, curry powder and crushed ginger. ( Chicken breast or beef optional) Place 1 1/2 cups of stir fry vegetables in a non pan, Open two packets of noodles and place them in a pot of cold water and put seasoning aside. Cook stir-fry vegetables until slightly soft, once at this stage add a teaspoon on curry powder and stur until aromatic. Simultaneously cook noodles until the water starts boil. Once noodles are at boiling stage turn off the heat and drain the water. And sit aside until ready to add. Into the vegetables and curry powder add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tables spoons of sweet chilli sauce, half teaspoon of crushed ginger. Stir and cook until slightly thickened. Add the noodles to the sauce along with 3/4 cups of water and stir until well incorporated.
