I have a theory...
So I think the big hand that pops out of the ground the lava hand could be the foundations hand...
Bc remember when the foundation (aka the rock) dissapeared and Amy built a body to go get him it could be the foundations hand coming back from when he was sent (he was corrupted).

i think the hand is Prometheus. Because there is the pandoras box held by a BIG hand and wrapped around with chains. And through greek mythology a titan stole fire from heavens and got punished by getting chained to a rock and a eagle eating part of the titans liver each day. And the titans name is Prometheus.
