I completely agree with Rhett actually - that I’d rather get onion rings than fries, but that good onion rings are harder to find and therefore I often settle for the fries instead, although I secretly would want great onion rings more, but they are harder to find.

I once had BurgerKing onion rings in Germany, and that was the saddest onion rings I ever had. They were eatable, just not wow.
I’m not a big fan of onions or burgers but I started to go to burger king and order onion rings with my burger. They are amazing!! I dont know if it varies much from country to country but i’ve tried it in 2 countries and both where really good

I wish they would have included Sonic, because their onion rings have such a weird distinctive sweet taste and Dairy Queen, which I would argue are the best onion rings in the game. I'm also surprised they didn't identify Burger King, because those reconstituted onion paste rings are also totally distinctive.

Now I want see an episode like this setup with multiple restaurant options except that every onion ring they bring to Rhett and Link are from Sonic but of varying sizes and shapes to see if they answer differently for every ring or if they actually realize they are all the same flavor.

The best onion rings I have ever tried in my food travels, was just south of Duluth, Minnesota at a diner called Gordys Hi-hat. A few years later, the mayor of Flavortown himself went there and said they were also some of the best he had ever had.

Best ones I’ve had were from popeye’s just because they actually taste good. But they discontinued them so popeye’s isn’t as nice to eat anymore.

Burger King onion rings aren't bad at all, but I'm pretty sure they form minced onion into a ring for the center.
If Rhett and Link noticed it, I think they would find it very disrespectful to the onion.
I work in a factory that makes onion rings almost exactly like the ones served at BK and you are correct. The onions are chopped and then mixed into a chunky paste. They then are extruded into the small ring shapes, battered, breaded and fried.
It never fails, whatever food they are resting I immediately get a craving for
