What have we learned after so many blind taste tests? They rarely get any of them right 😂
If you watch cooking shows you'll see professional chefs barely get more than 50 % right on blind taste tests, and that's often just single ingredients, which should be easier than this video. We eat with our eyes.

There are some episodes where they've done well, but yeah the vast majority are not great.
In the chicken episode Link got all of them right!

5:33 - Yes you absolutely can. I've had a filling on the back of one of my front teeth that has held in place for 26 years. They don't just yank the tooth if you get a cavity, most dentists will do everything possible to save a tooth.
My one and only cavity is in between my two front teeth so is possible!

This was me! Watched for years about 8 years ago and haven’t in a few years but picked back up at the beginning of 2023 and I now can’t start my day right until I watch it! It’s part of my morning routine now 😂
this was me as well! i starting watching very occasionally 2014 and kept watching until around 2016 i moved to a new country and just wasn’t on youtube much until like a few years, i picked it back up last year and is been so fun, i missed a lot of things but in glad to be back

Qdoba's three-cheese queso hits super hard when you get some extra salty chips. Those things are like crack.
I feel like their queso is meant for their burritos honestly lol it feels a bit bland on chips. But part of the burrito? Perfection

My best guess as I’m halfway thru watching this is that fast casual “mexican” and straight up fast food places use their queso mainly in or on other things. The queso is designed to compliment, not over power menu items like their burritos. Sure- it’s available as a side with chips, but that’s not the primary usage. For places like Chilis, BWW, etc, it’s intended from the start to be a dish all it’s own, so they should go harder with the flavor and the “chunks” as Rhett said.
The fact that Moe's isn't part of this is the real crime. If there's one especially good thing at Moe's it's the queso
There is only one location I'm California. So they may have never had it

Funny how they call it “Queso” (Keizou) when it literally means cheese in spanish. Closest thing I can think we have in central Mexico is “queso fundido” (melted cheese), wich usually is eaten plain, with chorizo (choriqueso) or mushrooms (champiqueso). Queso oaxaca or chihuahua are mostly used, and not chips (totopos, here), but mostly tortillas to make some tacos. Love you all.

How about you do blind (or just regular) taste tests of tamales?? There's enough chains that have them, like El Torito, but also some fast food places do (although some only seasonally). Or crunchy tacos. Or, ooh - margaritas!!

For the record, I have a filling between my front teeth! I had a pepper-grain-sized hole there in otherwise healthy teeth. It was very noticeable. Instead of causing more damage for veneers, etc., they just put a small amount of filling in. 😊
