This was an amazing message! For anyone who thinks it’s to late to see the desires God has put in your heart, don’t give up! Your are still going to get there. After raising my daughter, I had a desire to go back to school and finish my degree. This past May, I crossed the stage and received my Bachelors degree. I always thought it was too late but God rerouted me. He wants someone to know, YOU WILL STILL GET THERE!

Thank you Jesus for never taking your hands off my life. I've been through death situations so many times. Kidnapped. Left for dead , abused. Used , guns pulled on me. Gang member threatened to kill me. And 1000 other things . But God is so so good. And I have a mother who has never ever stopped praying for us sll. Thank you bishop. I want to help people. When he said "Late at night when nobody's listening, your heart aches. Because being in the traffic is not what you are born for..." I felt my eyes sting and the tears flowed. I softly said God help me I'm lost. That's my prayer. Help me Lord.
Wow, just last night I was reflecting on the pain of having a blank line next to father on my birth certificate, and the fact that my father was never involved in my life. I realized during this message that even though I never actually knew him, the pain came from the fact that he never acknowledged me and thus was ashamed of me. God has revealed to me in this message how desperately I’ve sought to be acknowledged. Wow, just last night I was reflecting on the pain of having a blank line next to father on my birth certificate, and the fact that my father was never involved in my life. I realized during this message that even though I never actually knew him, the pain came from the fact that he never acknowledged me and thus was ashamed of me. God has revealed to me in this message how desperately I’ve sought to be acknowledged. I had to stop the video and take a break because this sermon was convicting my spirit so strongly ♥️ Thank you Bishop
Powerful. I was adopted. Mom didn't want me. Which is fine now with God in my life and a healthy 5 yr old. No one know whom my Pop is, but I love dude anyways. Bless him Lord. W/o him there is no me nor my son. So if I change ANYTHING in my life it would negate my son. So and appreciate all the pain for it has turned out for my good in the end. Bless His High Name Jesus!!

I understand what you mean. My father never acknowledge me either. And i know that he knew i existed but he never reached out to me. These type of sermons really speak to the broken parts of me. Mostly, Bishop Jakes' messages cause me to weep, but i know that it is a healing balm.

I personally listen to one of your sermons for weeks because you give us enough spiritual nuggets in one message alone. I am currently listening to the "Door of Expansion"..I am a door and by faith I will get to the next dimension...everything is uncertain right now but I can still get there and I will keep doing what I am doing, which is to get deeper in scripture reading and experiencing God through listening to his word until I meet that DOOR !
