Almost 12 years ago I was in the back room of an RV in a RV park, withdrawing off of over 200 mg of methadone per day. I had enough. So this is crazy because i completely stopped pursuing everything that was unhealthy in my life, i let go of men even my husband (i do not even know if hes for me) i stopped engaging in family situations because i am completely fed up. Literally no lie its this little voice inside me that says forgive yourself everyday for six months, its a sweet voice that guides me throughout my day, so i just be obedient and do it, its been going on for like a couple of days, i prayed to the heavens just to say god i am scared out my mind because i have no idea what is going on, today i received this message on why everything stopped, and tge reason why i clicked on it was the title, had that title not been that the message would not have been for me it would have been for somebody else. So i just thank god that there is a god, thank you td jakes
It's crazy cause when I stop it, the power of me is not strong enough, but when God stopped it, everything obeyed him. I'm glad he heard my silent prayers, I'm glad he noticed when I had my first son how I changed my mind 🙏 now that's the part that got me because that's when I said he forgot about me, but I had always said God it do not matter if you don't do it for me I am still going to serve you, being kindhearted, smiling, helping all type of company (I just use to get hired just to help the company, I did not care about money, I just love hearing the manager say she a good worker or your naturaly nice, I love hearing that about me because it's not about me it's about you and how I can serve you. Ion care about none of this stuff. I just love being kindhearted for no reason, I love it so much that you might not even believe me. This message applies to both generations of the oppressed and the oppressors during the slavery time. The curse on them and the trauma on the oppressed generation surely need a stop. The sexual perversion, drunkenness and deadly habits of their forefathers are surely a curse on their generations even though some of the generations of the oppressed have been afflicted by the curse due to their choice of social habits. The trauma of the oppressed generations lingers mentally and we see African elders still mentally enslaved to the western leaders...deep trauma...they need the power to stop feeling the trauma, to stop being enslaved mentally.
As a caucacian, and as a woman living in South Africa (Born and bred), I understand what you are saying. I teach students who are African by race, and I see it everyday. Still this mentality that "white is right". I did not grow up during Apartheid. I feel with regards to my country, the wrong mentality is NOT to FORGET about Apartheid. The legacy still lives nearly 30 years later. As a nation, we need to RECTIFY the injustices and as a teacher, I encourage ALL my students that we are ALL worthy, deserving and more than good enough to succeed just like ANYONE else. Even from their own perspective, they have this mentality that a white teacher is "better" than an African teacher. NOT TRUE. The subconscious needs to be challenged. This message applies to both generations of the oppressed and the oppressors during the slavery time. The curse on them and the trauma on the oppressed generation surely need a stop. The sexual perversion, drunkenness and deadly habits of their forefathers are surely a curse on their generations even though some of the generations of the oppressed have been afflicted by the curse due to their choice of social habits. The trauma of the oppressed generations lingers mentally and we see African elders still mentally enslaved to the western leaders...deep trauma...they need the power to stop feeling the trauma, to stop being enslaved mentally.
As a caucacian, and as a woman living in South Africa (Born and bred), I understand what you are saying. I teach students who are African by race, and I see it everyday. Still this mentality that "white is right". I did not grow up during Apartheid. I feel with regards to my country, the wrong mentality is NOT to FORGET about Apartheid. The legacy still lives nearly 30 years later. As a nation, we need to RECTIFY the injustices and as a teacher, I encourage ALL my students that we are ALL worthy, deserving and more than good enough to succeed just like ANYONE else. Even from their own perspective, they have this mentality that a white teacher is "better" than an African teacher. NOT TRUE. The subconscious needs to be challenged.
