I noticed this video says Zoho CRM is made for large companies at a higher price point. Yet in other reviews, CRMs like SugarCRM and Base CRM are said to have a medium price point. I'm a bit confused by this. Here's what I'm seeing on current pricing pages: Zoho CRM has pay-as-you go plans available at $15, $25, and $40 per user per month. With annual billing plans drop to $12, $20, and $35 per user per month. On other hand, SugarCRM's lowest plan is $40 per user per month, billed annually with a 10 user minimum, making it a $4,800/10 user minimum annual deal. Their second edition is structured in a similar way; it's a $7,800/10 user minimum annual deal. Their third is $150 per user per month. Similarly, Base CRM has an attractive Starter edition for $25 per user per month, but is limited up to 5 users. Their next edition is $75 per user per month, with the third being at $125 per user per month. It seems Zoho is more affordable than both Sugar and Base. What is your basis of comparison?
