    wow: I finally see a bit of a larger picture and I am widening my perspective: AKA: Journey = Period of Life:
    "We have to learn to sail our ship through periods of Our Lives".
    WE WILL ENCOUNTER “UNKNOWN”.
    Periods of Our Lives: Will be :
    wonderful
    enlightening
    pleasurable
    joyful
    Some periods Will be :
    Unstable
    unpredictable
    really challenging
    inappropriate
    That is why you cannot anchor yourself in your emotions. ” Emotions are destabilizing - Be Grounded in spirituality Your Truth your Honesty and Integrity!"
    Thank you so very much once again!

      Hi,
      It's amazing to hear that you're gaining a broader perspective on your journey. Life truly is a series of varied periods, each bringing its own challenges and joys. By staying grounded in your truth, spirituality, and integrity, you can navigate these ups and downs with greater stability. Emotions are a part of our experience, but anchoring in something deeper helps us sail through even the most unpredictable waters. Thank you for sharing your insights!

    Thank you for this very clear explanation of the inner process of what we do to create our own emotional responses to external factors based on our underlying ‘self beliefs’ mistakenly taken on in childhood. I loved the sailor analogy and how we can’t control the maritime conditions but we can become more skilled sailors to deal with conditions as they arise.

    • @WuWeiWisdom
      @WuWeiWisdom  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Carmen,
      Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you appreciated the explanation and the sailor analogy. Understanding that our emotional responses stem from childhood self-beliefs is key to resolving issues effectively. As we become more skilled in navigating life's challenges, we can face any situation with greater clarity and composure.

    Hi, can you pleeeease do one to turn off a grief response, like right after losing a friend or death of a loved one? ❤❤ I do not want to grieve my older family members when they pass and create feelings of sadness. Would love a video on how to force myself to feel happy, smile, and laugh instead of cry

    • @WuWeiWisdom
      @WuWeiWisdom  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi @emilyley75,
      Thank you for your message. Grieving is a natural and necessary process that allows us to honor our feelings and the memory of our loved ones. While it’s natural to want to avoid sadness, embracing and processing these emotions is important for healing and growth. Instead of forcing happiness, consider finding healthy ways to support yourself through grief, such as mindfulness practices, talking with supportive friends or a therapist, and engaging in activities that bring you comfort.

    Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear
    I must not fear.
    Fear is the mind-killer.
    Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
    I will face my fear.
    I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
    And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
    Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
    Only I will remain.

      Hi,
      It's challenging when others treat us poorly. While you may not be creating their behavior, you do have control over your response. It's important to recognise your emotions and understand that you can choose how to react. Setting healthy boundaries and protecting your Shen spirit are key. Remember, your self-worth isn't defined by how others treat you.

Or a different therapy, such as DBT, music therapy, art therapy, life coaching, ecotherapy, edmr, animal therapy nutrition and exercise therapy, massage therapy, etc...I know alot of people will have to try different Strategies and with different professionals until they understand what works for them. Sadly, it can take along time for recovery which is very annoying for us. So I feel your pain. I have read that radical acceptance approach or acceptance commitment therapy is supposed to be good for some people. There's a therapy called solution focused therapy which looks good 👍 as well. All these "types" of therapies are just bandaids where you feel ok when you walk out of the office but never lasts .. you will realize you likely have people in your life you need to remove.. that's why almost no one is healed.. because it doesn't replace the hard things that need to be done like ending relationships with people who are the cause of your feelings .. you will see after examining that you have worked so hard to make changes.. the only thing that hasn't changed... Is them! There is a lot of information that one can mine from that
