I recent got a Daiwa Tatula SV TW 70, I also got a roro bfs spool the which weighs about 7 grams. How low lure weighs do u think it will throw?

i think about roughly 1/8oz or 3g, but if you also upgrade the side plates ball bearings you can go lower in lure weight

You can but I prefer up to 20g only, 30g might be too heavy in my opinion, because Daiwa consider this reel as a finesse reel

Well yes, but your rod need to aid you loading those light lure and plus the line is important too. You probably have to spool half spool only, you can not spool your line full on the spool
