It's honestly not that surprising it's literally the same game with a better graphics engine so everything is practically laid out for them if they messed this up they don't deserve to be game developers

17:07 going to pick up the gold thingy and any of the jungle buffs and stuff, it's a single button press to activate it, you don't have to hold it. holding it is what makes you jump after which does look and feel clunky. just tap it, it auto goes and then you can go on your marry way :)

Pen items being low stat r intentional. It’s to get away from the items that literally have every single stat u need on 1 item. I beleive this info is in the flat pen section of the patch notes.
So in watching this video I'm reminded of when I was going for the 20-1 achievement in smite 1. Where you have to get 20+ kills and 1 death to unlock it, you cannot have 0 deaths.
