There is a huge difference between Big Ed and Angela. They both use aggressive tactics, but their goals are different. Angela is trying to stick up for what she thinks is right. This show is just awful on the psych. Liz is constantly getting gaslit by an emotionally abusive gremlin. Angela is a humanized trashy Jerry Springer episode. Yara is having breakdown after breakdown while Jovi plays dumb. The fake premise of trying to help these relationship is overshadowed by the show's clear intent to just make drama for TV. This might as well just have been a Big Brother show. Nothing of value has been done so far.

She has been. She was in a physically abusive relationship with I believe it was her daughter's father. Apparently it was quite violent and bad and I think that's why she puts up with Ed. She probably has the mindset of at least he's not physically hurting me and you definitely put up with way more then you should after relationships like that. I feel so bad for her.
