    We carry a folding hand saw to cut fallen tree branches out of the trail like you came across in this video.
    It takes only a min and it helps maintain the trail system for other users.
    Love hearing about the mods you have made to your KLX140RF that make it better for the trails and an adult rider…

    Only bad thing I can see with the 140, is that there isn't much aftermarket support like the klx110, kx 85, etc. For example, the only plastics you can get for em are OEM but I'd like to do one with black and green plastics

    • @AaronsEnduro
      @AaronsEnduro  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Look at the 2009 monster edition. They sell all black oem plastics. You just need to get them from a dealer. Other then that theres a ton of aftermarket parts. The klx140/150 is huge overseas in the Philippines. Check my newer videos and youll see how much ive modded mine

    I’m considering the KLX140RF for my wife who is 5’7” and currently rides a 2022 CRF 125 big wheel but it seems too small for her after riding it for a few hours and my 250 is too big.

    My Chinese 125cc pit bike w/ 17"/14" wheels is a blast to ride but it's a little cramped, a little under sprung, and little low on power. I don't want a giant, heavy, crazy fast dirt bike for scrambling around in steep woods. I might get a KLX140RF and upgrade suspension. Looks like a good sized bike that's still pretty lightweight, but not 9k$ which is what it would cost for a bigger bike that isn't 270 - 300 lbs wet like a KLX 300 R or even a KLX 230R which is heavier than I want in the woods. I'm about 5' 9" 160 lbs, getting old, with a bad back. But I'm gonna ride until it's absolutely impossible. I might have to pick one of these up. Looks plenty capable (edit- *capable for my use case, especially with better suspension). I'll have to check out your other vids on the upgrades!

    • @bwxmoto
      @bwxmoto ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@AaronsEnduro Yeah I like my pit bike because it feels like a mountain bike with an engine on it! SUPER light and easy to ride. But the 140RF seems kind of like a giant pit bike with full sized wheels which seems like what I really want. My TW200 is great too but it's 286 lbs and you feel it off road, and it's not really a dirt bike although you can ride it anywhere. I'm not trying to race people, just riding for fun and exercise. ✌ Nice vids!

    which one is better wr250f or klx140rf? I'm considering the beginner bike and klx weight way less so going to be easier to handle . wr on the other hand is a more capable bike and I'd never grew it up I guess haha
    not sure about reliability of klx but I bet it is as good as wr.
    klx is going to be less maintenance bike I guess? bbbut I don't mind to flush a radiator sometimes hah

    • @AaronsEnduro
      @AaronsEnduro  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wr will be more maintenance and a lot more bike to toss around. The wr will have better suspension and suit a big boy better.
      The klx’s are bullet proof. Minimal maintenance, lighter to toss around, lower seat height. But significantly less power.
      Its a give and take between the two

Man I'm soo bummed out cause when I sat on it I couldn't touch the ground even my tippy toes couldn't touch. Wearing my riding boots.... no chance. What am I gonna do? If I set the sag on it will drop the rear end enough that I can at least hold the bike up? How can I lower the thing without messing up the performance? Yeah thats one of the issues when you go to a full size dirtbike. Even at 6’1 i can just barely reach and its not enjoyable crashing from tipping over. The best thing you can do is a lowering link which will drop the seat about 1-2”

      If you’re ridiing side trails n what ever, then sure not being able to touch isint a big deal, but when you’re riding moutain cliffsides and giant boulders being able to touch can be the difference from a broken bike/you, and saving yourself and continuing the ride

      @@AaronsEnduro ya it's the difference between turning around and not riding that terrain orrrrrr just wheelie down the entire mountain or wheelie up it. I ride the easiest trails I barley ride any hard stuff tho. If it was a hard trail you gotta commit not hesitating or foot down just 250 2 stroke power. I don't put my foot down unless I'm drifting or coming to a super slow speed I didn't buy my 250 to ride slow speed I ride it as fun as possible. I do want to try some hard riding like your Enduro type. Your bike is set up perfect for what you do tho mine is set for what I do

    Don't buy one. They are slow, and they overpriced. You will be upgrading in 6 months.

      Majority of the people looking at getting one are beginners and this is the perfect bike for that

      @@AaronsEnduro I will agree it's perfect for a beginner. However it's pretty expensive and beginner will outgrow it very fast. Better to buy a cheap Honda and save your money.
