Kind of ironic that a film about Deaf people has an amazing soundtrack. Your comment made me curious about it but I guess I'll never know because I'm Deaf myself.
This was a beautiful cinematic tribute to all that Gallaudet stands for. May the Deaf community continue to call Gallaudet home forever, and expand the recognition of the diversity and richness still to be found in the language and in Deaf people.
This was so beautiful. Keep up your Deaf Pride! This language, culture, and community is like no other! I'm so blessed to be here, supporting the work, students, faculty, and staff. The energy is electric! The work is rewarding!
Indeed, George Veditz brought his visionary 21st Century Video Calling. Last Feb 10. 1915, He did write a letter to AGBell and ask him to see if he could invent Video calls the same as Voice-Only Phone Calls. AGBell declined. Ironically part about his letter was remain tuck in AGBell's folder. AGBell knew that Video calls would jeopardize his Oralism ideology. George Veditz is a pursuit of creating a film, the "Preservation of the Sign Language," a fourteen-minute film. That is our 5D visual-spatial orientation sign language that preserved in 1913. Almost 100 years later... During the summer of 2010, Apple released FaceTime with iPhone 4 then eventually add VRS apps. First significant break thru iPhone 5 with LTE that breaks free from WiFi tie in restriction space. We allow roaming freely anywhere, anytime, and independently where LTE coverage. Finally, we can sign via iPhone the same way with Hearing speak on their iPhone same time. George Veditz's Visionary Video Calls that create domino effects among the Deaf community to expand our "Preservation of the Sign Language" rise on the next levels... Amazing journey! Thanks, Convo! Gallaudet will always be our home!
I'd like the shake the hand of the person who was responsible for creating the soundtrack. Absolutely amazing! Had goose bumps the entire time! #truth

Turn on Closed Captions and they'll appear at the bottom of the screen :)

Is Gallaudet a college for Deaf students only? I really enjoy watching online
