There are good days and bad days so have fun on the good days, don't listen to the negative comments. I'm glad you get time to go have adult fun. A little time away from the kids is an important part of being a good mom. Every mom needs to recharge.

GIRLLLL I felt the "you don't look like you're struggling, or depressed or anxious" like???? People need to realize that we're good at masking our inner struggles unless it becomes too much. Yeah but it’s also crazy to me how certain people with depression have so much energy and are so social. I stay in bed and my room all day and struggle horribly to take care of myself, so seeing her constantly going out and always getting ready and with friends is loca to me 😩😩

Just being older i now really realize you just truly don't know what a person with depression is expressing until you have depression. Someone could even be empathetic but only people who can relate, truly understand what Alondra is saying. Small minded people or people that are misinformed consider people with depression as attention seeking or an excuse to be lazy. That's a huge clear sign that, that person has never experience depression or is currently depress themselves putting and they're negatively releasing their emotions by trolling. Praying for you and your family as things like this sometimes are genetically life long.

Do you need a break from your baby like every week? I thought you having a baby we would see more mommy blogs but lately all you do is go out drink drink drink and party. Not saying you can’t but literally your baby is so small and y’all already want a break every other weekend All you care about is getting smashed face while your baby is out with their parents.Leaving him with grandma I suppose if you was not ready to have kids why have them if all you do is party like you have no kids y’all starting to act like Maria and beau. I have kids to and I used to go out a lot as well but after I have my kids I put a stop to all that I enjoyed my kids small every moment with them yes it’s draining but I signed up for that we only go out an a special night come back home not take a whole week off from my baby 🥴 Benny and you was definitely not ready for kids 💯💯 grow up.
As a person that dealt with anxiety & depression and post partum really bad I’m so happy for you & the fact that you are making sure you are good for the baby because if I had opportunity I would have needed that break so much , there will always those that judge without truly understanding. Personally for me after having my son my anxiety and depression sky rocketed I struggled for so long on my own with it unit it almost won. I’m so happy that you decided to get help and enjoy yourself! Moms already feel enough guilt for EVERYTHING you don’t need others for that! That person who commented obviously has never experienced mental health. Your moods are up and down. Sometimes you feel disconnected and sometimes you don't. And when you go through mental health, you try to force yourself to get out that funk that you're in cuz it's the worst feeling and it sucks to be in it. No one wants to stay miserable all the time. It’s so crazy how people want to talk without knowing about depression/ anxiety. 1st not everyone feels or has the same symptoms, moods. 2nd everyone is different and deals with it differently. 3rd there are good days and bad days ! 4th you should always strive to feel better and enjoy your life when you’re feeling good. / I struggle with anxiety and the days I feel amazing I quickly notice it and try to enjoy my day to the fullest! Also its recommend that ppl with anxiety take time off, go on getaways, hobbies, activities to help ease anxiety. The Stigma needs to stop and ppl should get informed or stay quite if you don’t understand.

I have anxiety and depression some days you feel like shit and sometimes you feel happy and motivated and her getting drunk and having fun is a good thing she’s a mom she needs to have fun and take out all her stress when she get back home to her baby she’ll be a better mom because she took that time for herself as a mom of two boys I’ve been through hell and one thing I’ve learned is that I have to take care of myself first so I can be a good mom and happy mom I think she’s doing great stop commenting mean things you really never know what a person is going through that’s why people kill themselves not everybody is strong a simple comment like that can really break someone if you don’t have anything nice to say just don’t comment

I dislike how people are so quick to judge her by her mental health. I’m currently going through postpartum anxiety and it ain’t easy. Some days I’m good some days I just feel like crying and not being around others. It just hits you out of no where. You can look presentable and okay but that’s because we kind of mask our emotions and smile to make ourselves feel better and not have others questioning us. When you see a person losing it and crying it’s because they are already in a mental breakdown. Just because she looks happy and is putting a smile on her face doesn’t mean she is not struggling. She’s trying so hard to get out of that funk which is what I’m doing as well. I’m glad benny and your sister are helping you push through Alondra. 😘

Honestly ive been dealing with so much anxiety lately. I am a mom of a 6 and 5 year old. And when they were doing home schooling is when i started getting my anxiety. Also i was working from home so it was a lot of strees....I cut off a lot of things in my life do to anxiety. But hanging out with friends and even having a few drinks and a fun time helps me feel so much better. Helps me forget about it and i start to feel like my old self again(for a bit)...Stay stong 💛 love you!
