Heading over towards Silloth on Saturday from Shields in the hope of a hound. Big tide so the rip might be an issue... Any advice on the beach North or South of the prom on low tide if you've fished there?

Awesome stuff mate, tide shouldn’t be too much of an issue with 6s and 7oz leads? Tbh mate I’ve never fished silloth, one place for me that is definitely in the dark.
