“UX and UI … are two very different roles.” Theoretically, yes. But in my 20 years of experience I have *never* encountered a company that had separate UX and UI designers; you’ll 100% be expected to do both. It would be more accurate to say they are two different functions of the same role.

  • @AnkurWat

In the 3 years since this was published, I think Product Designer now encapsulates UX and UI design - and so it’s no longer two separate roles.

I’m wondering if the question should really be phrased at “where do you go for UI design inspiration?” Since the actual UX is more…. Invisible? … correct me if I’m wrong.

Lol the first question to me, show me what you got. if you don''t have any work stuffs to show them you gonna be in big trouble.
you should expect the question to be, can you design us some simple layout maybe some log in screens, and they will put you on projector while they are eating some pizza.

I think the main presenter might have some medical issue with the eye. But even if he does, how can he improve it? He can't, noone is perfect. Your critisism doesn't lead to anything but growing your ego, to feel better about yourself.
Try to focus on the skills people have learned, the stuff that was up to them. Don't critisism anyone based on their body look. Especially if you feel you ain't Ronaldo yourself (me neather).

The lighting is amateur. They positioned it so the shadows near the bridge of the nose is so strong. Also, they put some flowers next to the second guy, taking away attention from the speaker.
