Very, very nice Jason. This house is lighter, airier, and has a relaxed, calm vibe to it that I absolutely love. And 5 mil seems reasonable to me for what you get. For me this is just about perfect. Excellent job by you in showcasing this beauty.

Pretty nice house. Serious bar. The black marble I believe is called nero marquina and that's the straight lined at right angles good stuff. I don't know where you would even get that.
The translucent white table tops were pretty tasty too. This house has a few things going on.

There is a neighborhood in Davie, FL called Winding Ridge. There are only 6 or so houses and they are huge. One of them is for sale so if you could hook it up and tour that one it would be amazing. Great video
Wow, that house is MUCH larger inside as it looks from the outside. At frist, with the drone footage, I was like "Meh, looks pretty small with low ceilings. 😃 The Golf car garage space would also be great for a Smart car :-) I would put in: BMW X7, Ferrari 812 GTS and a Smart Brabus 453 Cabrio as a city and beach car :-)

Wow, this house is so pretty! I have always loved modern things, although I’m WAY to young to buy a house. Marble floors have never been for me, I’m more of a wood person. But maybe that will change.

Hi Jason. Have you tried hot sand walking? It discharges the positives ions (protons) that your body accumulates and rebalances your overall electrical charge. The Earth has a negative charge (electrons), so if you walk barefoot in hot sand, any +ve ion excess will discharge to Earth. The heat conducting up through your feet feels really good too.

Not into some of the interior design like the blue countertop. I prefer white light netural colors, not some much into wood cabinets or wood wall. Overall it has a nice flow. And the ceilings are amazing the detail and yes it's white.

Its called a mud room.
I have recently taken many of these video tours into the realm of the ultra wealthy....im not impressed. They all look alike..stark white, vast, blank, even furnished they look cold and haughty. That's the personality of these houses...cold and haughty. But I must say the landscapes are gorgeous and lush.
I want to know where are them gators?? My only concern of moving down there. I got dogs I don't want to get ate.
