Winter Conditions for Manatees at Blue Spring and Three Sisters Springs

Imperiled manatees need water temperatures of 68 degrees or warmer to survive in the winter, and they migrate to warm water sources in Florida. Blue Spring and Three Sisters Springs are two warm water refuges for manatees, but when manatees arrive, they encounter very different conditions.
