I run 1 Nelly with 4 Tormentors and i have it set up for speed and decent amount of armor and i found it to be a pretty good mid range threat and it's not too often i lose the bot in play. Thing is it gets boring so i'll probably get another Nelly and use this up close build for fun lol.
When it comes to slow titans consider normal armor or apfs armor it's more likely some won't be useing explosive shots poeple will move likely use stings, javelin , cyrissa,Vulcan's on mite or nelly. Cause the can quickly take cover by climbing fast titans like ravenger , little shon or shone. You can close in the distance so use heat armor on them I mean you don't have to guys.
is it better to prioritize afps or heat armor? I always hate it when i get sniped by sting nellies behind cover but at the same time i need to be able withstand inquistor shots in order to scalp, what would you recommmend?

One thing about the weapon ranges. Im running tormentor nelly. The tormentors are T3. But...um...the range is still 500m. The total range is stated to be 1000m. Any idea why this happens?
Yes there’s a couple of ways, tho it depends on the context of the encounter. I’ll do a sting Nelly video which will look at the strengths and weaknesses.
It works extremely well with aim assist enabled. When you get close enough to your opponent the targeting system will allow you to paint the white targeting dot over specific parts of their titan. It does require a bit of precision to keep it locked into that component but with a bit of practice it’s easily learnt. Being as close as possible helps.

It’s not easy, which is why strategy is important. I’m familiar with the grind and value of upgrades, I’m putting some of that info together for a different video. Whether the grind bores you or not is important: If you don’t love the plateau you won’t achieve mastery.

Tormentors originally had a range of 1,000m but it was changed to 500. They still haven’t updated the help guide stats tho.
