Honestly, it'd be an interesting artistic choice to have him with a more human looking face. You can naturally hate a creepy monster with all your might but with such a creature with a more ambiguous face it would be more difficult. Goku , Chi Chi and Videl , Master Roshi and Android 18 look so wonderful. The others looked amazing to but the others win for me. Frieza and Piccolo looked funny and great. These types of videos are the best thing about AI. Cool video. ^_^
I love Trunks, Android 17 & 18, Piccolo and Prefect Cell. Trunks looks like Cloud too. Piccolo's nose does need to became green but is otherwise perfect for a Live Action DBZ. A Perfect Cell's face was a bit weird at first but the glowing eye help sell it. All Perfect Cell is missing is the purple eye shadow and makeup.
A movie like this in the 90's would've created dozens of millionaires. But I'd expect a little more polished and improved version of this for today's standards.

A live action Dragon Ball movie could be made, yes, but without real actors, all through CGI, like the Lion King was made it would be brutal to involve real actors it could kill the characters in appearance and charisma
