Exact same for me. We just want to jump into fight and start hitting without having to do a setup every single pack. In D3 i always thought Uliana was super cool, but it also relied on snapshot which I hated
in the intro you can see my hitting over 10billion damage hits alone. "damage per second" is the damage you deal over the course of time, not in a single damage hit. In this case im doing 7 procs of unmaker a cast and 3 casts a second. If each hit are doing roughly 8-10bil (which is the average when I see all my set up) that'd mean I'm doing roughly 63 billion a cast (8.5 billion procs x 7 procs a cast) 3 times a second for a total of 190bil damage a second. I rounded to 200 because it was easier to read off a script and less confusing. Hope this helps!
He said 200 billion dps or damage per second. If you notice hits hitting multiple enemies multiple times per second for high millions and low billions so if you hit 20 targets for 2 billion like 3 times per second you are getting closer to that 200 billion dps. Always use dps in your title instead of damage because you can say it's a huge number but you may now see it but you technically aren't lying.
I think what he means is the DPS he is not seeing for a single target @ 200b. I think content creators shouldn’t use DPS on multiple targets as an example of how much damage the character is doing with a particular build. Because that DPS can change depending on how many enemies you are basically hitting… For example, your single DPS is 10b, so your DPS should be 10b, but because you are hitting 20 mobs at the same time you are saying my DPS is 200b. This is kinda not true imo
@JohnSmith-bm6wv I'm doing 10b on a single proc, but I'm doing 7 procs in a single cast. This is 200bil DPS on the very first clip I showed off against the boss. If you had 20 enemies it'd be 4 trillion DPS which would be extreme click bait which I didn't want to do. The 200bil dps was based on doing 200bil dps in the first clip; there was no clickbait!
@@sirkay9 I don’t know if it’s my eye, I only see 8.8b per hit for overpower damage (orange) and there are only 4 hits per cast and I am seeing only 2 casts per second for boss fighting. Not sure if it’s just me or anybody else is seeing what I am seeing… That’s all lol
I appreciate a good theorycrafted build with complex interactions and synergies, so props to all of you for making this monster happen. At first, I was like, I want to build this. Then I thought about it and it seems like outside of the Pit this would be kind of painful to play? Im imagining all of the situations where you cant plan ahead and line everything up. also, from watching the gameplay it seems like once you start your damage rotation you really dont want to/cant move much without losing a ton of damage. you can prob stutter step a bit between bone spirit pops but youre still immobile really. so how do you handle it if the thing you want to kill decides it doesnt want to sit in the aoe (teleporting elites, succubus/vampires that back away, treasure goblins, teleporting/mobile rift bosses, world bosses)? or if you need to move around a lot? genuinely curious. i think if it were more powerful in the Pit than the other necro builds this season, I would try it. but you said this cleared 107, and ive cleared 107 with worse gear (nothing more than 1ga, no minmaxed tempers, not maxed mw, paragon 260ish) on my ghetto theory crafted version of spirit wave without fishing (2 tunnel maps) or playing particularly well, and ive heard from friends that machine gun bone spirit is 10 tiers stronger. Hey, sorry for the late response! So this video was recorded with the 107 back when 107 was one of the top clears. I've since cleared up 112 now and plan to keep pushing it further. As far as not being able to move/not working well against things that do move, you actually don't really care much for either of them. As long as you're close enough to something that your bone spirit can crit and reset, you can be moving freely or against things that move no issue thanks to the large AOE. I just play on 200-300 ping this season, so I can't make use of stutter stepping too much. As far as gameplay outside of pits goes, this version of the build was built as a pit record chaser. If you stack more CDR and soulrift duration then it feels a lot better outside pit, but it'll almost always feel like a worse blood surge outside of pit so I focused on doing what I felt like the build did best. Thanks for the well thought out comment!
@@sirkay9 makes a lot of sense. i appreciate the response. super cool, super original build so I'm glad the reward has been worth it. thinking about this, its a shame d4 isn't more theorycrafting friendly. im sure you and the guys have had to roll a bunch of stuff, temper/retemper, and spend a ton of mats to find the best combinations of aspects, effects, and unique/mythics to optimize it. as fun as that stuff is, its also horribly expensive. hopefully you all have something chill you can play to farm with to fund all the experimentation. when i looked through my stuff, something did strike me though. could you run FoF with ga lucky hit and 3mw crits, and run lucky hit chance to restore essence? or is it not worth giving up the glove slot? anyway, again grats on making this work. i have yet to see one of these in the wild but i'm glad it exists :)
@itsasickness so that's actually something I touched on in the guide about running the lucky hit chance for essence in the weapon as a means to hit the 7 breakpoint, but you can actually do what I've been able to do and hit the 7 breakpoint by masterwork hitting macabre grants essence 3 times on each ring with pretty much max rolls which has completely taken out the need for any additional sources of regen outside the helmet + shroud of false death. I will say tho I did swap to fists of fate to break the 112 clear. I'm still trying to save up for a triple GA fists of fate to see if 113 or 114 is possible, but I'll have an updated guide around fists of fate after the mid season patch! It's not ideal as even with a GA and triple affix hit on soulrift double damage you can't max it out. You also lose a lot of crit rate which you'll need to make up in other places in the build. It's an okay choice but not one I recommend too strongly

That’s because the rotation is incredibly specific to do. If you don’t cast in the exact order necessary, watching your buffs, and snapshotting properly mean this works. If you don’t do this with precision the entire build comes off at the wheels.
I'm not sure where you're gettin 200 billion from, most I've seen in this video is about 2 billion. Also snapshotting is a real cute way of saying bugged
So many bugs and hidden interactions, nothing works as intended and the only way to craft a build is by maintaining a long list of bugs and weird mechanics. I wish we'd get the season of clarity next, where the whole theme is about fixing the game 😑. Btw rank 6 is now 14 on the leaderboards. The video seems a bit older than its release date ^^
This comes dangerously close to the spiritborns, be careful, Blizzard will stop at nothing to defend their DLC payers and destroy any challengers to oblivion.
Outside of Spiritborn, which is completely broken to its core and can't be compared to the rest, doing pit over lvl 110+ requires a huge investment, so no it's not "normal", you can't just go with an average build and average gear and do that.

Oh my god! Just to clarify - this build IS NOT for typical dad gamers :D You need to put both of your braincells to work. But it looks so much fun :D Ty, man! Will try it out definitely
In the sequence you can see that when Soulrift was activated, no xan rune for overpower was active, only the second time, hence the large loss of damage.
weird take. although he calls it snapshotting, it isn't in this case. soul rift is designed to count as a single skill, not multiple, throughout its duration, unlike most other skills, even moreso than channeled. And cheating would be unintended effects, and at this point bliz clearly intends this stuff, otherwise dance of knives wouldn't snapshot.
The intro is crazy. I feel like we're about to rob a bank together.

So, only 10,000x weaker than a Spiritborn?
I'm not sure where you're gettin 200 billion from, most I've seen in this video is about 2 billion.
Also snapshotting is a real cute way of saying bugged
Dps= damage per second, add up all the numbers you see that you get in a second.
To complicated
Gonna save some mats till a fun and bug free build comes out
i guss if u dont need minion and golem in ur build just choose another class
So many bugs and hidden interactions, nothing works as intended and the only way to craft a build is by maintaining a long list of bugs and weird mechanics. I wish we'd get the season of clarity next, where the whole theme is about fixing the game 😑.
Btw rank 6 is now 14 on the leaderboards. The video seems a bit older than its release date ^^
Michael Cera.. the necro king!
OK I want to see the MASSIVE outcrys from others complaining about this now broken class like they do with spiritborn
This comes dangerously close to the spiritborns, be careful, Blizzard will stop at nothing to defend their DLC payers and destroy any challengers to oblivion.
So much bug abuse I thought I was watching a Spiritborn video! (Kudo's for piecing it all together though!)
A 328-point version was needed 🙂
I got it, this game is about using exploits and bugs. 😁
tried to tell you guys about weeks ago...
You posted a druid planner.

If monsters have billions of health in pit doing billion is normal? No?
No
Outside of Spiritborn, which is completely broken to its core and can't be compared to the rest, doing pit over lvl 110+ requires a huge investment, so no it's not "normal", you can't just go with an average build and average gear and do that.
Interesting, interesting indeed
Hi friend thank you for you video, can you share with us (my friends) the information in spanish pkease, we are from colombia, but the our english it's not good.
Thank you bro
This build is a pain in the ass to set up or snap shot and play, Find some other build, I spent a whole run trying to get both runes to set up and hit the soulrift and 90% it doesnt work. its a pain. Time for something else
Oh my god! Just to clarify - this build IS NOT for typical dad gamers :D You need to put both of your braincells to work. But it looks so much fun :D Ty, man! Will try it out definitely
Snapshotting, next..
Run Pit 150 and we will see
200bil dmg per sec??? why are all the white mobs still alive at 6:55 in a mere pit 95? 😂
foh
In the sequence you can see that when Soulrift was activated, no xan rune for overpower was active, only the second time, hence the large loss of damage.
Aaand cant use this build without the dlc.....
get a job
I have a job, I'm just not dumb enough to buy this game twice like you retards
@@disbled we both know you don't work 😂😂😂
Yeah.. it’ll get fixed and it’ll be garbage again lol. Nah I’ll stick to builds that don’t exploit snapshots 😢
This Is really cool and strong but i dont have DLC and rune, and i CANT do this build 🤡
Off course im hungry with blizzard, not you ❤
Let him cook
No dlc ,not a build for me 😅
snapshotting is cheating,piss off
weird take. although he calls it snapshotting, it isn't in this case. soul rift is designed to count as a single skill, not multiple, throughout its duration, unlike most other skills, even moreso than channeled. And cheating would be unintended effects, and at this point bliz clearly intends this stuff, otherwise dance of knives wouldn't snapshot.
Snapshoting isnt an actual build garbage
Sheeet…. Take my money. I wanna abuse this class also 😂
Esta build es una estafa -------
First?😮
