Some people have lost things in life and been hurt and are at a time in life when things used to be better, which Shlohmo's music can remind you of. There's a nerve that this music strikes that in a time of depression or reminiscence can draw all the tears right out of your body. And then there's the people that are just on molly.
So true. Subjective experience is literally impossible to fully explain, even if you can explain it perfectly, it still depends on how the listener perceives that information. So what the fuck do we really know? Nothing, except our experiences. The meaning of life, is to experience. Thank you my friend. I love you and everyone else.
his titles. idk they just make the whole song make sense to me. make me feel it more. which i cant say for a lot of music, because they have lyrics that describe the song. but with shlohmo, just the title does it all.
The darkness and the light have a bond we can't break. We should let them dance their dance and participate. The sun always comes up, even after the blackest of nights.
turn the pitch up on an 808 snare, save that as a sample, use that as your new snare, pitch that down. it sounds different than just pitching a regular 808 down.
I really don't mean to offend,im just interested what exactly is it that makes so many people want to cry when listening to shlohmo? I mean, i can surely feel a certain nostalgia, but to me, there is by far not only a nostalgic or sad subliminal message. Or do some people feel like crying because they are overflowed with positive feelings? Or is the music simply so good, that some brains just can't assimilate the awesomeness that is brought to us by the unique sequence of mind expanding tunes?
last time i was high was like the ten o radio signals and now i am not a fishing pole but i like to eat the flowers and hi i am not the high radiobot soundscreamer i love you
shlomo is pretty known in this area of music, and you cant say much that video you uploaded wasnt all that bad but "it's just sounds" and obviously wasn't made by a well known artist
I think a pinkish bubble I am travelling in, had stopped to listen to this.....we enjoy it.

I thought people would listen to this song, and comment on how different and unique the style is. But no, everyone just announces that they are high.
much of what we perceive cannot be expressed in words.
Amazing!!!
SO GOOD I NEED MORE!!!
Dreaming music
Words don't quite reach meaning. But they're a ladder with which to reach the eneffable--the yugen experience. A useful guide to meaning.
