unless you are mariusz pudzianowski which your probably not, its as good as anything. weight goes up weight goes down its not rocket science, ive trained around the world in different gyms / pro gyms, its smooth and as good as anything without taking up half the house for one machine.
bullchit - lee wouldnt do sit ups... dammit!!!! - and its my day away from gym to heal - and im sitting on my arss eating my proportioned lunch with no workout - every now and then i look down at the dumbells on floor - and have bad thoughts of just blasting those bi's.... healing is the worst part of training - even worse than set ups, lee......
