- I would like to share with you my tribute to Henry Cavill for his wonderful portrayal of Geralt of Rivia. Enjoy!

Additionally, I want to share with you my opinion about this show.
As a person who has read all the books and played all the games, I have to say that this show is BAD.
The story has been changed so much (especially after season 1) that it was completely different from the original story... And those showrunners who are absolutely convinced that they faithfully stick to the books :))) All the interracial conflict in this world, which had many backgrounds, many factions, they simplified to the bad ones and the good ones. The witcher's world is not black and white, it is GREY!
Bad-looking costumes (Yennefer wearing H&M), terribly shown relationships between the characters, the whole tragedy of the elves is misrepresented, Ciri and monoliths wtf?! The only characteristic of monarchs is their stupidity, characters casually teleporting to the other end of the continent, cringe scenes (my "favorite" scene is Cahir's execution without a doubt XDD), they did my girl Milva dirty, I may not comment on the appearance of the sorceresses...
There were only a few things I liked about this witcher-like creation. Aside from Henry himself because we all know he's the best, the actresses playing Yennefer and Tissaia did a pretty good job, as does the actor playing Dijkstra, Jaskier's songs, some interesting fight sequences and... that's basically it. I'm not kidding, that's literally everything this show did right imo.
I'll add it at the end. For those who liked the show. It's not like I hate these people or something xD It's just sad because someone else could do it right. Meanwhile, no one will touch it again for a long time, if at all.
So the only reason why I made this edit is kinda obvious. This is how I wanted to say goodbye to Henry Cavil. Oh Henry... they didn't deserve you :(

I've never been a fan of Henry but after the problems with the series and seeing how passionate his approach to the role was, makes me understand that he's a good actor

I admit I wasn't thrilled about his casting at first but Cavill absolutely convinced me with his dedication to the role and love for the source material. Too bad about all that has happened since. Henry will finde something else to amaze us, I'm sure.

Henry will never be really replaced no matter how good the other replacement is they could never match his knowledge of swordcraft the way he talks the way he acts could never really be replaced or forgotten. But good luck to the new one I'm sure he'll do his best
The Witcher we deserved!
To be fair Żebrowski in Hexer series from 2002 played better but he also didn't have to work with bosses who hate source material.
The way sounds of fight matches music rhytm - glorious.
The way they said farewell to Cavill by logo of the series turning into a pile of skulls was a sign of lack of culture

I miss Henry Cavill, won't watch the Witcher anymore without him.
Geralt Żebrowski was good in Hexer series from 2002 also the series was closer to books. But in case of Netflix they wanted to limit his role to just grunts and it's a pity coz in books by Andrzej Sapkowski Ciri and Geralt have amazing father - daughter relation. The show felt nothing like books.

That's the whole thing. The show didn't feel like games. And through 2 seasons were were given jannisary cacophony instead of some proper music

Those 3 last episodes were the best , becouse they were most acccurate to the books 😊. Acting was also great. It gives me hope that producers of the series learnt that we don't want their made up bullshit but only what was in the books. It seems the humor and characters are also more book acccurate. I will miss Henry but I'm also full of hope(if they keep up good directing) for the next seasons, even with Liam. 😊

That was an amazing video! Thank you for all the work you put into it. Sadly, without Henry, the show is done. He was the soul of the show. I won't be watching it any more unless they fire Lauren Hissrich with extreme prejudice, replace her with a showrunner who actually *_likes_* the source material and get Henry back.
They should replace executive producer too. He is bad coz he cannot even write arcs, coherent story or contain any meritorical value and then he calls his audience idiots (at least that is what he said in Polish interview).

What a fantastic edit. I really wish the show was better, as I love the games and the books! Blood Origin was an absolute travesty. It's probably for the best that Henry Cavill left the show.
