Salaam, went to pakistan last year to view the modern apartments. Ma'sha'Allah they've absolutely smashed it with the new modern designs and technology implimented into them! In'sha'Allah i will be going over in October again to view more properties and look at education facilities ect for my children
Fab video. From my own experience and knowledge, the property market in Pakistan is pretty much scandalous. When you consider that the majority of Pakistanis (80%) would never be able to afford a property in their own homeland, yet here in your video they have a measly apartment being sold at equivalent to western house prices is something to ponder on about and realise that a system is in place that is solely focused on wanton greed that has little regard to housing it's local population! I am pretty sure the property market will crash there spectacularly soon. The property dealers there have played it easy and large for far too long, fleecing foreign buyers like yourself. And lets not forget, Pakistan is not Singapore!
There is definitely a rich poor divide everywhere. The poorer the country the more noticible it is. Foreign investors have been putting money into Pakistan for decades now. Especially the oil rich countries. This video however is aimed at overseas Pakistanis who (like me) want to move to Pakistan long term or live here permanently. Living in a village is not an option for many that currently live in western countries. Therefore a 'luxury' appartment in the capital city may be the middle ground for those who can afford it. The poverty crisis in Pakistan can not be resolved over night. However I definitely think that when more overseas Pakistani's begin to reside in Pakistan it will help. Generally for my experience, British Pakistani's have always been very generous towards charitable caused here in Pakistan.
@@MyBritishPakistaniLife The expatriate Pakistani community everywhere around the world has been generous, indeed. But you will realise with the second and subsequent generation of foreign born Pakistanis, they'll have little to no bond to their ancestral homeland. For all the generosity given, Pakistan is unable to house it's population, to give them a decent quality of life and thus giving rise to a society that is full of animosity for each other, where immoral practices are rife and a token superficial religion is practiced. My family have been in britain since fifties, yet people there will jump at the opportunity to fleece the britishers; So much for our generosity for almost a century! I don't want to go on a rant here, but I believe I speak for a lot of people who've had their fair share of bleak experiences in that country. For a short while I was optimistic up until Imran Khan was ousted from government, but Pakistan has a long way to go to being a nation where it's citizens will no longer have to go abroad, leave their families behind just to eek out a dignified existence.
You are wrong sir According to my opinion Where can you get a flat in Western countries on that standard for that price Friends of mine have apartments in Islamabad Since 2010 One of ther cousin who Moved over there from the uk is running a agency and managing the properties and earning are living Renting Out apartments thr is Good for the economy and create jobs And gives Western people nice places to go and visit British-Pakistani's need Advanced living facilities as they are used to in England
@@mujtabashah3667 you make some very valid points brother about the problems in Pakistan and I completely understand where you're coming from but just want to share some thoughts about some of the points you've mentioned. In terms of the next generations and their bond/interest in Pakistan. I believe that will always exist. So many overseas Pakistanis visit Pakistan with their kids almost annually. So many overseas Pakistanis are still marrying from Pakistan. And many TH-camrs are promoting Pakistan now which is increasing interest also as Pakistan is a stunning country full of culture, and with all its issues, overall the people are still welcoming and hospital. In terms of housing the poor, that's even an issue in western countries that are a fraction of the size of Pakistan. There's immorality everywhere with a different face, we just become immune to the immorality we're exposed to. Saying all this, I'm also well aware of the bad experiences British Pakistanis have had with mostly the relatives they've supported in Pakistan. Its a huge shame people become greedy, but like I said there's greed everywhere, it just has a pretty face in some countries.
The Finished end product will disappoint you and the delivery hand over will take alot longer😂😂😂😂 once they have your cash bye bye its small as well😅😅😅
Brother i am a private estate developer in Pakistan & dubai , we predict by 2028 the full complex will be ready due to so many on going supply issues , 2023 will be worse then 2022 , but for now project have delayed their estimated time dramatically
Property prices in pakistan just keep rising and rising. The flats he is looking at the top end of rye scale. You can find cheaper places quite easily, just depends on what your requirements are.
@@MyBritishPakistaniLife the apartments you were looking at were inside Giga mall so they're very expensive. I think if you are an overseas pakistani then living in Bahria is a no brainer. You get the basics that you will get in the west like constant electricity, Gas supply, water, streets clean and maintained, rubbish collection twice a week. These things really make life much more comfortable than the rest of pakistan. Granted you will pay a bit more but the price of your property will continue to rise. For example I had a plot of land in Bahria for a number of years. I had it valued in 2019 at 28 lacs, and I sold it this July for 70 lacs. It doubled in value. You see the property market in pakistan is the one investment that is guaranteed to make money. So people are ready to buy. This means demand is higher than supply. We are in the middle of a construction boom, families are pooling their money together and buying homes. Apart from Bahria there are many other new societies that are springing up all over the country , many of them have offices in the UK. And they offer different payment options. I guess getting on the property ladder is so difficult now specially for our generation so for me pakistan is a much cheaper option. Ive spent half the year here and half back in London for the last 3 years. Slowly I have got to kwon the country and people and how things work. This year I have opened a tour company for Gilgit Baltistan and am going back in January to set up an office and launch the business. I could never have imagined doing than in London; the costs too high. I am in love with the North of the country and have travelled there 13 times in 3 years. And now I want to take others to show its beauty. I cannot express how wonderful it will be for 2nd 3rd generation pakistanis living abroad to explore pakistan. I intend to make that happen inshalla. Saying that I am offering to take anyone for a trip up north in summer 2023, I'm be there Jan to August. Anyone reading this is welcome to contact me and I'll be your guide. It is a magnificent country.
