My favourite hobby to keep my hands busy while listening to audio books is knitting. As an ADHD guy I too struggle with focusing on audio books when I don't do something else and get my listening mostly done at the gym or while doing household chores like washing dishes, hanging up laundry and so forth and of course knitting which is something I can do for hours on end while listening to audio books.
totally relate to this!! I feel like this is why I clean my house so much - so I can get some audiobook hours in hahah. Knitting is such a cool hobby, I wish I had the patience and dedication to learn. I really would love to make color block socks or toys for my nieces.

I don’t have time to watch a lot of TH-cam recently, and I’m trying to catch up on all the videos.
I love all the ideas, and I actually would love to start doing more things, and try new hobbies, but I feel like there is not enough time in a day!
One thing that I would love to start is doing ceramics is not easy to do at home, and more often you go to studios, but would love to try❤
