Danni, I have noticed that a lot of your viewers complain about the lack of quality items in their local thrift stores. I always think of something Ian C. Ellis wrote in his book, "Book Finds", namely, "Anything can be anywhere". I am not a reseller, so there is no pressure to find things, but it is when I am just looking, rather than looking FOR, that the amazing items leap out at me. It is okay to leave empty-handed, but keep going back. Also, I try to donate an item for every one I buy; if I find a stunning art pottery mug that I have to have, but don't need, I will choose one to donate..keeps things in balance. The interplay between you and Kari cracks me up - thanks for the laugh!
Awwww, I saw a set of four pedestal mugs in my Pfaltzgraff pattern! Oh, they had the saucers, too! And the flat tea cups and saucers! I could have expanded my collection there.
