Weather Tec 15-50 1/2” Part Circle Impact Sprinkler & the First President of Weather Tec WR Malcolm

This video demonstrates a feature rich 1/2” brass impact sprinkler in the Weather Tec 15-50. We use this to open the video with a very brief, woefully incomplete story of a founder of the company and its first president W. Richard Malcolm. I hope you enjoy the video, and thanks for watching.

The final seconds... the gush from the PJ pipe. A wonderful sequence. With the new TH-cam capabilities, I'm finally not missing out on any informative details of your exciting backstories. I will need a lot of time to watch previous videos with this new luxury. You set great standards for showing the technical details. I have a PERROT ZE 30 WR that is equipped with a PJ channel like this. It was designed for dust control in indoor riding arenas. Almost "spray-free" was the advertising promise.

Nice Weather Tec 15-50. It operates as it should with nice movement and great coverage. The deflection shield gives a lot more possibilities of coverage where it could be needed….
Nice tri-pod stand riser for the sprinklers.!!!
I really enjoy learning about the history of the sprinklers and the company that manufactured them.

Thanks! Certainly LA wins as the birthplace for overall number of sprinkler manufacturers, but it’s fun talking about these companies that were founded in other places.

Nice setup ! The tripod stays very stable! I like this weather tec sprinkler. The PJ tube works well! Also the sound of it reminds me of the western brass U61 model. I had no idea they made this little gem. Thank you for sharing!
