I've got a few ideas you could try out:
- Mention Maria and Vince before they announce their affairs? And maybe say it when one of them is in the kitchen?
- Ask about their sex life
- Ask about the phone caller before the phone rings (I can't remember who calls)
- I think you can get Trip to leave if you say no to him (but don't agree with Grace because then she'll leave)
- I think you can learn more about their childhoods and why they hate their parents

Idk if this is an actual thing for the game but waaay back when there was a rumor about being able to open the door in the back with a key...
MICHAEL, there is a ending where you can finish the game and have both of them tell affairs and fix their relationship!!! You have to agree with trip for the whole time and when Grace asks if she is depressed you have to say yes, including to that you have to get a drink from trip, and not any water or anything else, you have to disagree with grace and side with trip and you will fix their relationship in the end!
