@@limeflashlight4101 he only used the guitar loop and had to compose the rest of the song using sample packs. I'm a guitar player and I use fruity loops a lot. Making the loop is pretty easy.
The song is in the key of A and the chords are C#m7, Dmaj7 and Bm7 played as an arpeggio in the progression 3-4-3-4-1. The loop is modulated using a chorus effect. Easy enough.
The hardest part when making beats isn't creating melodies or rhythm patterns but controlling your impulse to keep adding things that sound good for the sake of it and resist the urge to add effects to everything to make it sound more interesting.
