Hi sir, may iba sakin, sa step 5 wala yung software upgrade option sa dashboard, sinubakan ko yung sa configuration management na update pero walang nangyari, no dispaly na yung pocketwifi ko.. any solution dito?
@Manley Evangelista ok na boss, oo nabasa ko nga.. Internet explorer gamit ko nung una, wala yubg software upgrade, tas sinubukan ko sa mozilla, ayun lumabas yung software upgrade..

Same with mine. Confirmed lumalabas ung upgrade option pag when using Firefox.
