We get these questions everyday from our students that which laptop to select for practicing CAD Design software.

You can go for the AMD Range.
For Mechanical Design software like Autocad, Solidworks, UG NX CAD and CNC/VMC Programming (Delcam), a basic configuration of Laptop/Desktop is enough. Although it is still preferable to go for a laptop/desktop with a graphics card, you can still manage a bit.
However, for interior design software, we will advise you to go for a high end configuration as software like 3DS Max and Lumion need a lot of Graphic processing for rendering needs.
