Can u please do video on otg settings for baking . It is so confusing some say both rods on some say bottom rod on. Can u please help with functional details
1. Room temperature Softened butter so that it is easier to incorporate sugar without having the need to add a lot of air accidentally while beating 2. Not sure of white rice vinegar never used it but you can use equal quantity of lemon juice

Very bright red color mine red color goes brown using gel color also
