Cool engine I trust your advise I want to change the track on my 09 nytro rtx se any suggestions that year had the best shocks but they may a mountain suspension and rails for it its 12 pounds lighter can u guide me in the right direction
Nice to hear that theres a reliable big bore kit out on the market. I was told that these early 800's had an issue with the pto seal popping out. Did you do anything to fix that? What happened to the Skinz seat?
yes they do - i didnt put a retainer on but will be this summer, i'll be pulling the bottom end out and going over it before next season. skinz seat is too high for me and too hard.
Carb boots are not what the used to be. I got a set original on a 77 TNT RV that are still like new. The last 5 sleds I bought that were from 94-99 either needed them or had been changed.
That's been gone for a year and a half. He stripped it down and put parts on the rev with the 700 and blew it up. Then he put the 800 which is now an 827 in it

There was a recall in those in I think 05. They put a seal retainer in. He modded the stock seat and ditched the skinz
Why did you decide to go with a 827, why not a 860? Awesome lookin sled!
860 is for the 800R motor, the older revs had the ho and non ho motor that uses the 827 kit.
