- Casselberry, Florida - @Copwatchtv obtained lapel footage from an incident that involved an off duty Orlando Police officer and the Casselberry Police Department. A security officer by the name of Omar Forde was driving home from work in his company security vehicle when he is accused of performing a traffic stop on an off-duty Orlando Police officer.
The vehicle Forde was in had lights, sirens, and a PA system. Forde had a tactical vest with a hand gun, taser, and a patch that said CRIMINAL TASKFORCE on a vest.
Casselberry Police conducted an investigation and found Forde to have an expired drivers license and did enough actions to be charged with impersonating a police officer.
His case was sent to pre-trial intervention agreement. Forde is prohibited from carrying firearms, must be in contact with pre-trial intervention officers, and comply with all the instructions the officer gives. Not use intoxicants to excess or possess any drugs or narcotics not prescribed by a physician. If he compels with the conditions his case will be nolle prosequid (dismissed).

20 cops for one guy. That's more offensive than him impersonating a cop.
What’s really offensive is the off duty cop was driving recklessly and not one responding officer cared. Not one.
@@stopmojimtrue.
@@stopmojim when they asked the security guard how fast he thought the off duty cop was going he said maybe 50 in a 45. He even said that he himself may have been doing 40 when the off duty cop passed him.
1) He doesn’t have radar and can’t legitimately determine how fast the off duty was going.
2) Even IF he was doing 50 in a 45, that’s not reckless driving. Even though that would be considered speeding, most cops aren’t going to pull someone over for doing 5 over. But again, we can’t know if he was truly ever speeding because the security guard wasn’t even sure how fast he himself was going.
@@ericberry7313No lol 😂 he said he was going the speed limit and the officer went around him. Then he started speeding up to get to him but he wasn’t far away at that point. I don’t believe that either of them were doing the speed limit during this incident to be honest.
It wasn't 20 cops but there were a lot and I agree, too many. However.... They did have to request supervisor and with certain types of stops they have to have a certain amount of extra officers there just in case and I've heard it referred to in other videos as a felony stop but I'm not saying that's what this is here or even what they call it I'm just using it as an example. I know sometimes they ask for additional units to help with evidence collecting or directing traffic or keeping the scene safe. I noticed there were officers there who had previously dealt with other employees from that company doing the same thing and that was included in the video so maybe they are also showing up to get a look at the vehicle firsthand and find out what's going on so they can be more aware of what's going on since they thought it was the other vehicle they've had pulling people over but also to find out the correct course of action to take in the situation if it arises again almost like a teaching moment for some of the officers especially since it was in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic
"I was just making sure he wasnt drunk"... then goes on to say "i just left the bar and had a drink"😂

All I've said is that there exist criminals among the ranks of the police just as there are among anyone else. It's hardly a secret that police corruption is a problem. It's far from a universal problem; most police are decent people just trying to do a difficult job. Them making siren noises is hilarious 😂
"And then he said: Stay in your vehicle."
And he stayed in his vehicle. That's when he realized, he dun F'd up.
There is NO WAY this dude didn't know his drivers' license was either expired or suspended, especially for three years. That is a bunch of bull.
Not entirely. Some years back I found out my license had been suspended for almost 2 years. I had moved shortly before the notice came to my old apartment and I never received the letter with that information. Only reason I found out was bc I was pulled over for speeding. Luckily they gave me a break and I went the next morning to pay for it to be reinstated.
Everyone's worried about upsetting anyone who thinks this might be discrimination. Sarge said it!
Didn't know license expired after only 5 years. Noticed it 5 years later. Lmao
Totally!
Na not bullshit thats just your assumption mr no way. Lmao. i had an unpaid seatbelt ticket i forgot about that went into collections for 4 years and i had a suspended license the whole time
Check his vehicle for a siren, if it's there he's been lying all along.
Do you have to go to DUI school to recognize when someone’s driving like an asshole?
only when its an offduty
🤣🤣🤣🤣
this isnt about dui it about these people out there looking like REAL cop
Where'd you learn that Cheech? Drug school?!? LoL your comment reminded me of that line.
Yea you need training and Walmart security don’t have it
This guy didn’t even address the SERGEANT what a rookie, he needs some retraining at the DeWitt academy.
Maybe because he was Sgt 1st class in the military himself
They are not in the military.
In reality they don’t really care about addressing each other... unless you’re a kiss ass then that’s different.
No one cares about addressing rank in the police unless you are a kiss ass asking for a promotion unless you're in the military then rank matters.

Your job as a security guard, is to OBSERVE AND REPORT at your place of employment! PERIOD!!
That’s it?
@@blacklightlifestyle9763 pretty much 😂
@@blacklightlifestyle9763 Yes, that is 100% your job. Some places get a bit more involved, but its usually through someone with legal authority. It's not their decision. Like hospital security dealing with patients on a doctors orders. Doctors can legally have you restrained in certain situations. Or hold you for 72 hours. In that case, the officer can medically detain them. Anyone can defend another from assault, so that's part of the job too, but must meet the same criteria of self defense as anyone else.

This kills me, i was a security guard for a few years and never have i ever even tried to act like a cop or even want t be a cop, Only reason i wanted to work security is so i can sleep and get paid to do nothing.
Lmao. Years ago my buddy fell asleep at the office building he was guarding, at the bosses desk, feet up with the tv on. He was supposed to open the doors at 7am to let the workers in, he was awakened by the employees..someone that also had a key haha.
Funniest chit on this entire thread! 🤣🤣🤣
Me too I was security guard while I was in college back in the days just to get paid while I'm studying all night.😂😂 Never wanna be a cop or act like a cop neither.
To the stars your future will be
Im on duty as a security guard right now 🤣 i just sit in my car and watch over some tractors on a housing developments.
They keep busting people trying to be a cop but they never bust a person not pretending to be a criminal 🤣 the irony
I’m outraged!!! This AH was impersonating a cop and driving with a suspended license and he wasn’t arrested?? They let someone come get his copy cop car? Seriously? WTF!!😮
They mentioned it was due to Covid-19 at the time they weren’t even doing traffic stops. The jail probably didn’t take non-violent crimes at that time.
I’ve worked in security for years and dine all sorts of types of security. From personal, to private and even with police. When I finish work the first thing I do in my car is to take off all the uncomfortable uniform bits and wires. I can spot this kind of guy person a mile off because even when he’s off duty he will be wearing his full uniform just to feel important. Most security hate these kinds of people.
I keep them on because it's easier to bring it all inside my house and remove it.. I have tinted windows and refuse to go into other properties wearing my uniform.
It's not to feel comfortable its just pure laziness and the ease of it all.. I personally hate when I forget to put my water bottle and iPad in the same bag, so now I have to carry like 4 different things at once lol
Very true. Everyone hates the guys at the company that think they’re on seal team six and dress like it. The absolute most I’ll do in uniform when I’m not at a site is run in a gas station to grab a snack on the way to work. Even then I’ll throw a plain black jacket over it a lot of the time. I understand it’s kinda cool when you first get your uniform, for most people after a few weeks it wears off, but unfortunately for others it seems to never wear off. It’s so dumb bc anyone who’s worn a duty belt, thick cargo pants, boots, etc for a 12 hr night shift knows the best thing is finally taking it all off 😂 and the last thing you wanna do while driving home after working all night is worry about some idiot driving kinda crazy 😂
The uniform shirt comes off when driving out of the post. When I wore a suit that damn jacket came off QUICK.
Ditto for military,..only dorks wear kit after hours
I hate when security guards use police terms...
We're gonna ignore the fact that the off-duty cop kept changing his story?
You expect him to admit to possible speeding lmao let’s be real here, who they gonna believe
Or that the security said slow down with no attempt of pull over and the cop pursued him and engaged rather than leave it alone. Perfect example of cop gang mentality, protection each other and abuse of power. The almost arrested him with mistaken identity because h has a Fuckin beard.....oh and he’s black attempting power over a insecure white dud and they’re ALL white ... saved the real why for last
@@Kay_G drugs are bad for you bro
@@Kay_G It is NOT ADVISED to try to ask or expect your police to obey the laws they are paid to enforce. At the very most, depending on how far he is from any residences, the only ticket I can see as justifiable here MIGHT be sound pollution - assuming the cop is just fishing for reasons to ticket. That’s kind of idiotic for him to be driving around without a valid license.
for three years even, how did he get that job? that's a company vehicle.
They don’t even do a simple background check. He could be ANYBODY and they’ve given him full police gear and a fully fitted-out vehicle.

The one this worst that a cop abusing his power is a fake com abusing his power. 🤦🏽
I don’t believe the off duty cop, I am completely convinced that the off duty cop was driving like an idiot knowing full well he gets a pass for being a cop. That being said it was completely stupid of a security guard to pull a stunt like that.
100% you could tell he was at least embellishing to make a better case against the security guard
AGREED. This just goes to show that a badge somehow makes one stranger more “trustworthy” than another stranger. Sad… just sad.
Thats what i was thinking too. Cops arent innocent, and I feel this security guard wanted to feel powerful telling an idiot to slow down.
Yea I have to agree with you about that…
not to mention u can 100% tell the cops are biased asf to the off duty cop! 🤣
